What is the free demo?

A live, read-only scan of your current store that counts exactly what will migrate — products, customers, orders, collections and more — and confirms your store is ready to move, all before you pay anything.

Does the demo change or touch my live store?

No. The demo is strictly read-only. It reads counts from your store and writes nothing — your store keeps selling, untouched.

Does it cost anything?

No. The demo is free and needs no card. You only pay if you decide to proceed with the full migration.

Do I need an API token for the demo?

For exact live counts, add a read-only token (we deep-link you to the page to create one). Without a token you still get a representative estimate so you can see how the flow works.

What does the demo show me?

A live scan console, the exact count of every entity that will migrate, a "0 blockers — ready to go" readiness check, and the recommended package for your store size.

How does the demo become a real migration?

One click. After the scan, the demo pre-fills your details and takes you to checkout — you're already halfway through onboarding, so payment is the last step before we begin.

Is my token from the demo stored?

The demo stores only the counts, not your credentials, and it is auto-cleaned. When you proceed to a real migration you provide access again in your secure customer area (encrypted, auto-deleted after 30 days).

What if the demo finds a problem?

It tells you plainly. If anything can't migrate as-is, it's named up front — no surprises after you've paid.
